*Qualifications:*
- High school diploma or GED required
- Higher education preferred (Certification/Certificate, associate degree, or higher)
- Child-related experience or degree preferred
- Familiarity with Montessori teaching methods beneficial
- Experience in education, childcare, or adult care fields
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
*Physical Requirements (with or without accommodation):*
- Ability to walk and be on feet for up to 12 hours a day
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend repeatedly
*License/Certification: *First Aid & CPR Certification (Preferred)

*As an Infant Co-Teacher, you will:*
Provide high-quality care promoting children's healthy development.
Maintain positive communication with families and conduct parent/teacher interviews.
Assist in planning a stimulating, developmentally appropriate program.
Supervise children and attend to their physical needs.
Ensure a healthy and safe environment.
Participate in program coordination and professional development.
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism.
