School Age Teacher/Floater

Duties: - Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards - Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect - Provide instruction in various subjects - Use effective teaching strategies to engage students and facilitate their understanding of the material - Provide individualized support to students who may require additional assistance or accommodations - Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure student success - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, and behavior - Stay up-to-date with current educational practices and trends Requirements: - Experience working with children in a school or daycare setting - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues - Knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies - Excellent classroom management skills to create an organized and productive learning environment - Ability to develop engaging curriculum materials that meet the needs of diverse learners - Experience in tutoring or providing additional academic support is a plus If you are passionate about education and making a positive impact on young minds, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.
