The rent is $575, including utilities, with a month to month lease and $300 deposit.
The room is on the main floor, has a nice queen size bed, dresser, desk and a 55" Roku TV and your own refrigerator/freezer.
The house has high speed internet and YouTubeTV.
You have full access to the house, except other bedrooms, which includes kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry and limited storage.
The living room has a fireplace and 65" TV.
There is 1 cat and 1 dog, but I'm not looking to add any other pets to the house at this time.
Also, I'm gay, so please be gay or gay friendly.
There may be chores available to lower the rent.
