Emergency situation ad (Clive)

I know the person that placed this ad.
The procedure is to exploit you.
She will promise you the rent soon, will never have it all because she can't work because of her many illnesses.
When you figure this out, she will have been there a couple months or more, you will ask her to leave but she won't (one more month), you will have to start eviction (at least two to three months).
So five or six months later with very little rent paid, she is finally gone and may or may not with some of your belongings and damages.
