SWING MANAGERS 17.00-19.00 DEPENDING ON EXPIERENCE

Responsibilities: - Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow - Train and supervise team members, providing guidance and support as needed - Maintain high standards of food handling, preparation, and presentation - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner - Manage inventory and order supplies as necessary - Coordinate catering orders and ensure timely delivery - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies - Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant - Assist with food production as needed - Handle cash transactions using the POS system Requirements: - Previous experience as an assistant manager or in a similar role in the food industry - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Note: This position may involve working with coffee equipment.
