81 years old.

My mom is 81 and has been paying the iowa department of revenue 100 dollars a month so i can keep a driving license and old car to take her to medical appointment.
The iowa tax people accused me of not paying taxes.
I dont make much money so and dont know how to fill that out.
they say i owe $5,000 because i didnt file.
Her income is $900 a month and i dont work because she needs my help.
I think what they are is SATAN
