Full Time PE Teacher

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement age-appropriate physical education curriculum - Teach physical education classes to students of various ages and skill levels - Create engaging lesson plans that promote physical activity and healthy lifestyles - Provide instruction on a variety of sports and activities, including team sports, individual sports, and fitness exercises - Assess student progress and provide feedback on performance - Monitor student behavior and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate physical education into the overall school curriculum - Organize and supervise extracurricular activities such as sports teams or fitness clubs Skills: - Strong behavior management skills to effectively manage a classroom environment - Ability to develop and adapt curriculum to meet the needs of diverse learners - Excellent classroom management skills to create a safe and supportive learning environment - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Familiarity with toddler care, preschool, literacy education, and childhood development - Experience working in a daycare or school setting with children of various ages - Passion for promoting physical activity and healthy lifestyles among students Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
