Position Overview:
As a Customer Retention Specialist at Fenix, you will play a pivotal role in preserving and enhancing our customer base.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to reduce customer churn, increase customer loyalty, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
This position requires a proactive and customer-centric professional who is dedicated to ensuring our customers' long-term satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Relationship Management:
* Build strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and concerns.
* Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Communication:
* Effectively communicate with customers to address concerns and provide solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
* Customer Engagement Programs:
* Design and execute customer engagement programs to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Develop and implement targeted campaigns to re-engage inactive customers.
* Feedback and Analysis:
* Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
* Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on customer feedback.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in customer retention or a related field.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
* Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
