NOS(?) Sun Tach RC-85 and NOS Transmitter 12 Volt 8 Cylinder EB-9A (Ankeny)

I have for sale a Sun RC-85 tachometer and a Sun EB-9A transmitter.
The tach is 8,500 rpm.
The transmitter is 12 volt, 8 cylinders.
The person I got these from said they were both NOS.
I am confident that the transmitter is indeed NOS.
I am unsure of the tach for a few reasons.
The tach does not appear to me to have been hooked up.
However, it was in the wrong box, the light is missing, and the face has scratches like it was polished or cleaned multiple times.
