The Role – You will be the right hand for a successful real estate agent.
This role will include everything from phone and email responsibilities, running real estate applications, marketing assistance, running errands around town and everything in between.
Essential Job Functions , other duties as assigned
· Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
Make warm calls to prospective clients to set appointments.
· Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
· Create, maintain, and enter information into applications such as email, Command, Matrix, DocuSign & MLS
· Deliver sales signs to properties, setup lock boxes, run errands (Mileage will be reimbursed)
· Assist with Marketing mail (anniversary cards, post cards, magazines, etc) and marking project follow ups.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience: 2 years administrative or real estate experience preferred
Education: College degree preferred
Licensing: Reliable vehicle and drivers license required.
Mileage will be reimbursed.
Hours: Flexible, prefer between 9am and 3pm.
20hrs per week starting out, opportunity for more hours.
Ankeny, IA office.
