Job Summary
This position is responsible for performing a variety of routine and some non-routine functions in accordance with standard procedures in general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable or related financial areas.
** Note: This role is hybrid/flex & requires candidates to be located within 250 miles of Wes Des Moines, IA **
Required Job Qualifications:
Must work with high degree of accuracy, courtesy, timeliness, logic and structure
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Ability to work and interact with departments throughout the organization
Ability to handle simultaneous tasks and meet deadlines
2+ years of bookkeeping experience in an office environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization and time management skills
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Commission experience (Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable)
Insurance premium billing experience (Health, Life, STD, LTD)
Experience with multiple web-based banking sites
Team player who is dependable and has a positive attitude
