Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Payroll Department
Processes hours from stores and non-retail locations.
Processes and edits payroll data information from stores and non-retail locations.
Reconcile general ledger accounts and payroll systems.
Retail and Non-Retail Payables
Provide support for Retail and Non-Retail Accounting Department by processing invoices, bank account reconciliations, investigating possible duplicate payments.
Initiates weekly check and ACH payments to vendors.
Fixed Assets
Processes invoices and booking fixed assets.
Accounts Receivable Department
Processes payments due from customers.
Cash Accountability Department
Assist with reconciling and filing weekly cash accountability data from stores.
Reports to work when scheduled and on time.
Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required.
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide support and back up for the various other accounting related tasks.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years previous related work experience.
Payroll experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Visual requirements include: ability to see detail at near range with or without correction.
Must be physically able to perform sedentary work: occasionally lifting or carrying objects of no more than 25 pounds, and occasionally standing or walking.
Must be able to perform the following physical activities: stooping, kneeling, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing and repetitive motions.
Working Conditions:
The duties of this position are performed in a general office setting and will not work remotely.
There is weekly pressure to meet deadlines.
Equipment Used to Perform Job:
Calculator, telephone, copier, printer, Fax, and PC with Microsoft Office programs.
