Access Systems, a dynamic and fast-growing company, is actively hiring an Accounting Assistant.
You will handle various data processing duties and apply customer payments to support the accounting team—compensation up to $21/hour.
What You'll Be Doing as an Accounting Assistant:
Process customer payments, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate financial transactions.
Communicating with customers via phone and email, primarily concerning payment application questions and past due accounts.
Respond promptly to customer inquires and provide exceptional service.
Enter and code transactions with high attention to detail.
Promptly and accurately enter data and archive supporting documents efficiently.
Investigate and communicate with teams, customers, and vendors as needed.
What We're Looking for in an Accounting Assistant:
2-3 years of professional accounting, office, or administration experience.
Someone who enjoys solving puzzles and working with numbers.
Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
Someone who enjoys engaging with customers over the phone frequently.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage a variety of tasks to completion.
Software skills required, including the ability to type and use 10-key quickly and accurately.
Willingness to learn and apply our hands-on training to accomplish tasks.
