This Staff Accountant opportunity is great for an individual that is organized, process driven, and detail oriented.
This is an on-site role and you will be required to work in our corporate office Monday-Friday.
Our corporate office is located in West Des Moines, IA.
What you'd do as a Staff Accountant at Care Initiatives:
• Reconcile bank accounts and fixed assets.
• Analyze trends, review revenue/expense fluctuations and investigate reasons for fluctuations.
• Analyze and prepare financial statements on a location and consolidated basis.
• Participate in annual financial audit preparation.
• Participate in annual budget preparation.
What it takes to become a Staff Accountant with Care Initiatives:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 1 year of experience in accounting is preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus!
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
