Staff Accountant II

We will count on you to:
Working with and mentoring Staff Accountant I team members
General ledger account reconciliations, variance research and adjusting journal entries as needed
Assist with timely and accurate monthly and quarterly close and financial statement delivery
Assist with the development, implementation and documentation of internal and external accounting and operating policies, procedures and process improvements for general accounting functions
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, SOX procedures, tax regulations, local GAAP and US GAAP and local statutory regulations (as applicable) regarding financial matters.
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline strongly preferred
Strong MS Excel skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Be deadline driven; able to meet inflexible month-end and quarterly targets
What makes you stand out?
Prior GL account reconciliation experience strongly preferred
Prior financial statement preparation experience
Experience using Oracle
Proven ability to manage various stakeholder relationships
